Challenging. Exhilarating. Empowering. And just plain fun! Arm balances are a true yoga high. In this workshop, Linda breaks it down and teaches you how to fly! She reviews alignment and biomechanics and describes how muscles, bhandas, breath, and focus work together to lift our bodies in space.
Beginners will learn the building blocks for powerful, safe arm balances including forearm balance. Experienced arm-balancers—you “frequent flyers”—will learn how to achieve more challenging arm balances with greater ease. Challenge yourself to soar!
Prior yoga experience required.
