In this practice, Linda breaks it all down and teaches you how to fly! She reviews the building blocks of sound arm balances: alignment, joint biomechanics, bhandas, breath and drishti (eye gaze). Beginners will come away with key information on how to practice each step of the arm balance, how to build strength, and how to achieve powerful, safe arm balancing. Experienced arm-balancers—those “frequent flyers”—will learn how to achieve more challenging arm balances with greater ease. Come soar with us!
