Pittsburgh-based Linda Meacci, E-RYT, is an experienced and knowledgeable instructor specializing in therapeutically oriented yoga. A respected teacher who honors the potential within each individual, Linda creates a supportive and empowering atmosphere that welcomes student participation and self-exploration. In a beautifully welcoming and easy way, Linda opens the door for students to explore on and beyond the yoga mat, encouraging them to contemplate the forces at work in their lives, open up to possibility, and strive to reconnect with the power, love, and wisdom within.

Inspiration . . .
Linda draws inspiration from a wide range of teachings and yoga styles, taking elements of each to craft an instructional approach that best serves and inspires her students. Students thrive on her innovative teaching style. Drawing upon her background as performing artist, athlete and yogi, Linda synthesizes principles of yoga, various movement disciplines and intelligent bodywork to adeptly guide students to the “Aha!” moment. Her instruction is clear and pinpointed, and infused with enthusiasm, compassion and joy.

Why Do I Teach Yoga?
I love teaching yoga because it allows me to connect with people in a very special way. There is nothing more gratifying than to help someone arrive at a place they perhaps never imagined they could or would go. As an instructor and facilitator, I have the honor of accompanying individuals on a journey of self-discovery, as they come to recognize that they have within themselves all the power, love, and wisdom needed to realize their potential.
— Linda Meacci
