ACTIVITY SURVEY for SOUTHERN ITALY RETREAT (Oct 18-25, 2025) -- So we can make reservations---and our guides and hosts can plan accordingly---we need to know your preferences regarding three of the tours/activities on offer during the retreat week. Please refer to the email we sent on Sept 7 ("Tour Options to Consider") for details on the options.

IMPORTANT: If you make a choice, we kindly ask that you follow through with it when the retreat week arrives. In other words, if you reserve a spot on a tour, please use it. Our guide Marco will have reserved and paid for equipment, transportation, and assistant guides in advance based on our reservation numbers. If you are uncertain about an activity, please do NOT select it at this time. You can let us know at a later date if you decide you want to participate in an activity, and we will do our best to add you to it (but can't guarantee it).

GALLIPOLI DAY TRIP -- Thursday, Oct 23

There is no cost consideration here for you. Both options listed below are included in your retreat fee. The question is: Which approach to your Gallipoli Day Trip would you like to take? See Sept 7 email for more details on the options.

Gallipoli Day Trip [Thurs, Oct 23] -- Select one of these options:

Van Transport: Round trip van transportation to/from Casin'Anand; guided tour of Gallipoli with local guide; time to explore on your own; lunch on your own (paid by you)

E-Bike Tour: E-bike tour starting in Lecce and ending in Gallipoli, with stops along the way; no guided tour in Gallipoli, but time to explore on your own; lunch on your own (paid by you); van transport back to Casin'Anand

Gallipoli Day Trip -- comment/question (optional)

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY CHOICE (#1 E-Bike Tour to Galatina; and/or #2 Hike in Leuca)

One Optional Activity is INCLUDED in your retreat fee. If you choose to do both, you will be asked to pay for the less expensive one, which is the Hike in Leuca (tip of Puglia) [$130]. See the Sept 7 email for details on each activity.

There are no organized activities planned at Casin'Anand opposite these Optional Activities. If you decide to stay back, here are some ideas to consider: (1) relax on the peaceful grounds of Casin'Anand; (2) take a swim or soak in the pool; (3) enjoy a spa treatment (additional cost); (4) read a book or play a game; (5) walk into Novoli (10-15 minutes); (6) take a train to Lecce (15-20 min train from Novoli); or (7) ride a bike around Casin'Anand or into Novoli.
