CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify Linda Meacci Yoga Instruction BY EMAIL at info@lindameacciyoga.com. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor or facilitator immediately before, during, and/or after any movement/yoga practice or other activity of any pain, discomfort, and/or existing medical situations. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION: Linda Meacci Yoga highly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to cover the nonrefundable costs of your trip, including airfare, the nonrefundable deposit, and the full retreat fee, which is nonrefundable after the refund cutoff date. As a small business with financial obligations to the retreat venue and other service providers, Linda Meacci Yoga is unable to issue refunds for cancellations after the refund cutoff date, regardless the reason for the cancellation.
